How you support our team

  • Support and further develop operational excellence across our retail operations, supply chain and inventory activities.
  • Act as a key operational contact and provide backup support for the Retail Operations function.
  • Manage and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, SLAs, quality standards and guidelines for vendors, suppliers and partners.
  • Manage and monitor inventory across our diverse brand portfolio, ensuring availability and accurate inventory data.
  • Support demand forecasting, identify trends and potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective inventory and operational plans.
  • Manage ERP-related inventory activities, including receipts, transfers, reconciliations and ensuring timely and reliable system data.
  • Ensure agile forecasting, purchasing, fulfillment and logistics processes while adhering to defined standards and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline recurring reports and operational processes.
  • Lead and/or support cross-functional projects related to retail operations, supply chain, inventory and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendors and platform providers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and provide transparency and reporting on operational and supply chain performance.
  • Support the continuous improvement and development of the Supply Chain and Operations function.

What sets you apart

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Inventory Management, Project Management or a related field, ideally in e-commerce or a similar environment.
  • Experience in Retail is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a start-up, fast-paced or international environment is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently coordinate and drive projects from planning through implementation.
  • Experience with inventory management, forecasting, reporting and process improvement.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, supply chain processes and/or an omnichannel environment.
  • Experience working with ERP, PIM, demand forecasting, project management and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and external partners.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Self-reflective, open to feedback and motivated by continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify and implement solutions.

Working Conditions:

Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)

Work Arrangement:

  • 4 days a week
  • 1 day remotely from home.

Travel:

The job may occasionally require temporary business travel to our headquarters in Germany.
