Project Manager Automation and Digitization (m/f/d)

Your chance to drive innovation – We are looking for you as a Project Manager Automation and Digitalization (m/f/d) for our Grafenrheinfeld site.

Your tasks

As a project manager, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of our challenging projects. You take on a central role by assuming the organizational management of complete projects not only in the classic field of control cabinet construction, but also in IT projects in areas such as virtualization, Microsoft products and cloud services, and use your expertise to guide and inspire our teams.

• Strategic project management – You manage and coordinate projects from start to finish by developing and implementing innovative solutions. You always maintain an overview of quality standards, deadlines and costs.
• Inspiration and team leadership – You are the professional leader for our project team, motivating as a role model and creating an inspiring work environment in which top performance thrives.
• Quality Management – You will be responsible for controlling quality, deadlines and costs to ensure that each project meets the highest standards.
• Innovation and finding solutions – You think in an entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary way to develop innovative solutions that drive our projects forward. You will be responsible for resource planning, securing material flows, commissioning subcontractors, clarifying warranty claims and change management.
• Customer relations – You play a key role in shaping our customer relationships by combining technical expertise with your confident manner, maintaining close contact with our customers in order to best meet customer requirements both at the quotation stage and during the project phase.
• Communication and team spirit – You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth project implementation. You will also keep management and executives up to date on the status of projects.

Your qualification

That sets you apart:

• Qualifications – You have a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar or have completed training in the field of electrical engineering / information technology or similar.
• Experience – You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering and IT services, ideally in the field of plant automation, digitalization
• Project management – You have already successfully managed projects and ideally have completed PM training.Re>urted Leadership skills – Your confident demeanor and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire and lead teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking – You think in an interdisciplinary way and have a good commercial understanding that helps you to develop innovative solutions.
• respect Language skills – Good English skills are required to operate successfully in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel – You are willing to travel in order to carry out customer visits and project-related activities.
