- Provides expert technical support across infrastructure, LAN, and WAN environments.
- Delivers remote and onsite support, troubleshooting complex issues.
- Acts as a key escalation point and mentors junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a Senior Engineer role with enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, and security appliances.
