Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist based in Switzerland. This is an intermediate-level opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating scalable systems at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, Data, and AI. You will design and own automations, integrations, AI workflows, and data flows that support go-to-market activities across multiple European markets. Your work will directly contribute to qualified pipeline generation, self-service signups, and the elimination of repetitive manual processes. Rather than following predefined playbooks, you will identify opportunities, test ideas, and build solutions from the ground up. The role requires a strong balance of technical problem-solving, business thinking, experimentation, and operational reliability. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and revenue teams while translating complex technical systems into practical solutions. Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes, particularly SQL generation, qualified signups, and scalable GTM infrastructure.
