is looking for a Specialist IT Infrastructure - Cloud and Datacenter (all genders) Responsibilities
Ensuring reliable day-to-day operations of datacenter and cloud infrastructure environments
Operating, monitoring, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and cloud services
Managing and optimizing system performance, availability, and capacity
Executing incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices
Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex incidents
Maintaining and operating Active Directory and Entra services (identity, authentication, policies)
Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam) and ensuring disaster recovery readiness
Collaborating closely with Architecture teams to implement new solutions and ensure smooth transitions into operations
Ensuring compliance with IT security policies in coordination with the CISO
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures
Monitoring infrastructure health and proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Coordinating with external providers and vendors for support and service delivery
Supporting automation and continuous improvement of operational processes
Profile
Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong operational mindset with focus on stability, reliability, and service quality
Hands‑on experience in operating complex IT environments (virtualization, high availability, global setups)
Solid experience with Windows and Linux Server, VMware vSphere or comparable virtualization platforms, Backup solutions, Cloud platforms, Active Directory
Certifications fitting to the job are welcome
Basic‑to‑intermediate knowledge in networking technologies
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes
Structured, solution‑oriented working style with strong troubleshooting skills
Strong service and customer orientation when working with internal users and external partners
Team player with good self‑organization and ability to work under pressure
High degree of reliability, responsibility, and ownership
Willingness to travel
