Become part of SECO Northern Europe. At our locations in Hamburg, Wuppertal, Stuttgart, and Chennai/India, we are a team of around 190 employees. Together, we develop and produce state-of-the-art technological solutions, from miniaturized computers to fully customized integrated systems that combine hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Promoting a quality culture within the organization, including supplier management, problem-solving, and design.
- Leading and coordinating the quality team as well as local quality resources to support daily operations.
- Leading and further developing an effective quality management system, including the local implementation of ISO standards.
- Conducting internal and external quality audits and monitoring corrective actions.
- Analyzing quality data (e.g., FPY, RMA) and deriving actions to prevent errors.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and legal regulations.
- Creating and coordinating customer-specific reports.
- Working closely with production departments to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in applying quality management methods such as PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, etc.
- Extensive experience in applying and implementing ISO 9001.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Experience in team leadership and strong communication skills.
