You will help shape the technical vision and directly influence architecture, culture, and product direction. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Develop and scale backend systems and customer-facing web applications
• Own product features from concept through deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services
• Drive engineering best practices, testing, and code quality standards
• Implement and improve CI/CD processes and deployment workflows
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Bachelor in Computer Science
• Strong backend development experience with Python and FastAPI
• Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Solid understanding of SDLC principles
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in startup/ high-ownership environments
• Strong communication skills in English
