As their client demand accelerates, they're looking to build relationships with senior transformation leaders who can own these programmes end to end, from strategic architecture through to executive delivery, across their commodities and capital markets client base. /p pWe're speaking with Directors of Transformation, Heads of Murex Delivery, and senior Programme Leads who want visibility of what's coming to market through this consultancy across Q4 and into next year, and who may also have insight into where their own organisations are heading next. /p h3Strategic Leadership /h3 ul liOwn transformation strategy across multi-year, multi-million-euro Murex programmes /li liSit at executive/board level, translating business strategy into technology delivery roadmaps /li liAct as the senior escalation point across client, vendor and internal stakeholders /li liShape target-state architecture across Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Operations and Enterprise Integration /li liOversee delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams or programmes /li liOwn governance, SteerCo and executive reporting at the most senior level /li liDrive commercial and contractual strategy, including vendor and third-party management /li liSet delivery standards and architecture governance across the transformation portfolio /li /ul h3Market Practice Leadership /h3 ul liContribute to proposition development and go-to-market strategy for Murex-led transformation /li liSupport business development activity, including client pitches and solution design /li liBuild and mentor delivery leadership talent within the practice /li liMaintain a strong external network across Murex, trading technology and capital markets /li /ul h3Profile We're Looking For /h3 ul li15-20+ years in Capital Markets, Treasury or Commodities Technology, with sustained Murex leadership at Director/Head of level /li liTrack record owning large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes end to end /li liComfortable operating at board/executive level, not just programme level /li liStrong commercial acumen, comfortable with PL, vendor and contractual ownership /li liDeep Murex platform knowledge with genuine architectural credibility, not just governance oversight /li liFluent English essential; French or German highly advantageous for the Swiss/DACH market /li /ul h3Why Talk to Us /h3 pWe're active across the Swiss and German Murex and trading technology markets and work closely with this consultancy and others planning transformation ahead of formal hiring processes.
