Your Impact
As a Legal Assistant (f/m/d), you will help ensure that our legal processes run efficiently, digitally, and in a well-structured manner. With your organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability, you will support our lawyers in advising businesses on forward-looking areas of law such as e-commerce, data protection, artificial intelligence, competition law, and intellectual property.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently organize and coordinate daily legal operations
- Monitor deadlines, appointments, and follow-up tasks, ensuring smooth and structured workflows
- Coordinate communication with courts, public authorities, clients, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and review invoices and legal fee statements in accordance with the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) and existing fee agreements
- Support enforcement proceedings and related administrative processes
- Utilize digital law firm processes and electronic legal communication systems (beA), while contributing to the continuous improvement of modern ways of working
- Provide organizational, administrative, and client-related support to lawyers
