As part of our Digital Business & Automation team, we are building scalable customer engagement programs powered by data, automation, and customer insight. We are looking for an Email Marketing & Content Specialist to support our self-service customer business through high-quality campaign execution, content creation, and customer communications.

To join our Digital Business & Automation Department, we are looking for an:

E-Mail Marketing & Content Specialist (f/m/d)

Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time)

As an Email Marketing & Content Specialist, you own the execution, creation, and optimisation of email campaigns for our self-service customers.

You work closely with Lifecycle, Automation, and Analytics experts to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement, product adoption, retention, and customer value.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle

• Create and optimize engaging content for emails, landing pages, and campaigns

• Manage campaign setup, templates, and customer journeys in HubSpot

• Ensure high-quality delivery through QA, segmentation, and personalization

• Monitor campaign performance and run A/B tests to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into effective customer communications

• First experience in email, content, or digital marketing e.g. in a SaaS- or E-Commerce environment

• Native/C1 German + strong English communication skills

• Experience using HubSpot, building landing pages, forms, and email templates.

• Familiarity with customer retention and lifecycle marketing concepts as well as campaign reporting and performance analysis

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Experience using AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
