Overview
As Senior Product Performance Analyst, you will turn scattered data into clear direction by creating unified KPIs and dashboards that inform product strategy. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers to build a scalable data foundation enabling measurable decision-making across the Product organization. Your work ensures investments and outcomes are guided by reliable data and transparent performance metrics. This role offers hybrid work in Cologne or Berlin and a meaningful opportunity to shape product performance at a trusted, privacy-conscious company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify business data requirements from processes and customer journeys and own them end-to-end
- Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting across Product teams to improve data quality
- Oversee data provisioning projects from data lake to ensure reliable product data access
- Collaborate with Product Managers and leadership to define new KPIs and measure product impact
- Advise on measurement concepts and performance evaluation within the Product organization
- Support early-stage product development with hypothesis framing and success metrics
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, ideally in a product organization
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data lakes or data warehouses
- Proficiency with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience building KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and scalable measurement structures
- Independent, project-oriented working style with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and statistical skills
- Business fluent English; additional language skills are a plus
