This role leads delivery of new product introduction programs for steam turbines, owning the integration of components into turbine modules and overall product quality within an engineering organization. Your tasks Lead and develop a team of NPI program managers and engineering employees in a global setting Act as primary interface in steam turbine engineering to product, platform and program management Own integration of components into steam turbine modules and sellable product offerings Own overall steam turbine product quality, operability and performance along with design practices Provide resources and guidance to mission-based teams delivering NPI programs and projects Engage resources in technical problem solving, root cause analyses and NCR/SDR resolution Cooperate with functional interface organizations such as global supply chain, HR, operations and quality What you bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Significant experience in turbomachinery or steam turbine engineering Experience leading indirect or direct teams Strong customer focus with Safety, Quality, Delivery Time, Cost orientation Experience leading teams of technical professionals and sub-contractors in a global organization Proficiency in English Second language such as German, French, Spanish or Polish preferred Conditions Workload: 100 % Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it #J-18808-Ljbffr
