Project Leader R&D

You will lead complex cross-functional RD projects spanning mechanical, electronic and software engineering within a full product development lifecycle. Your tasks Lead complex cross-functional projects involving mechanical, electronic and software engineering Drive projects through the full product development lifecycle including embedded and application software Develop and maintain detailed project plans with challenging deadlines and iterative software cycles Ensure communication and stakeholder alignment across RD, software and product management teams Identify and manage project dependencies and risks, including software integration issues Balance budget constraints with project goals including resource planning across disciplines Translate complex technical and software information into clear updates for senior management What you bring Higher degree in mechanical, electrical, software engineering or comparable field (MSc preferred) Minimum 5 years experience as project leader or project manager in a high-tech environment Proven experience in software product development including embedded systems or firmware Strong understanding of project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile (Scrum, SAFe) Understanding of software practices such as backlog management, sprint planning and verification/validation Fluent in English, written and spoken; German is an advantage but not required Conditions Workload: 100 % Work model: Hybrid Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it What to expect Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model 40-hour work week with at least 25 vacation days per year Technologies Scrum SAFe #J-18808-Ljbffr
