Your Responsibilities

• Providing legal support to management and business units on European and German energy and civil law matters
• Assisting with the implementation of European regulatory requirements, including the Clean Energy Package
• Conducting legal research, producing analyses and memos independently
• Advising on contracts and negotiations with international TSOs and service providers
• Supporting legal training for staff and management
• Reporting to the Lead Legal Counsel and managing external legal support

Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyer in Germany with strong academic achievements
• Specialized in European and German energy law, with contract drafting and negotiation experience
• LL.M. degree is advantageous
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy sector or law firms
• Analytical, independent, organized, and communicative
• Fluent in English; enthusiasm for technical energy topics
