Key
Responsibilities: Project Management as Architect for various projects Responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project production and deliverables of a fully coordinated project documentations including project Specialist and Sub-Consultants packages.
Coordination and management of Prüfstatiker, authorities, external architects and specialist planners.
Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
Produce and maintain Design Tracker (TSL PCS).
Purchase of external architects and specialist planning services and preparation of their contracts.
Organization of design workshops including planning meeting.
Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and Sub-Consultants).
Responsible for BIM process.
