Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead business integration and M&A initiatives within the insurance and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Life Insurance and Annuities, along with exposure to Finance, Wealth Management, and business integrations. You will work with business and technology teams to coordinate integration activities, manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end M&A and business integration programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, operations, and technology.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
- Support integration planning, execution, and post-integration stabilization.
- Provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager.
- Must have Life Insurance and Annuity industry experience.
- Experience in M&A, business integration, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Background in Finance and/or Wealth Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
