TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście/Szczecin and Klaipėda.

To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for a Controller at our headquarters in Travemünde as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Compilation and preparation of relevant key figures for monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts, as well as deriving recommendations for action
• Further development of the company\’s business intelligence approach (Qlik Sense)
• Ensuring high data quality
• Acting as a sparring partner to the head of controlling and business unit leaders
• Participation in interdepartmental projects

Profil

• Completed degree in business studies or a comparable qualification
• Initial work experience (1–3 years) is an advantage but not required
• Initial experience with business intelligence applications (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI)
• Very good numerical and analytical skills
• A high level of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient use of MS Office products (especially Excel)
• Advanced written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage but not required)
