We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive interns to join our team in Lübeck-Travemünde. This is a talent pool position, meaning that candidates will be considered for internship opportunities as and when requirements arise across different departments.
Depending on your background, interests, and our business needs, internship opportunities may be available in the following areas:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Coordination
- Hotel Operations
- Marketing
- Technical
- Freight
- Controlling
Your Responsibilities:
- As an intern, you will support the respective department in its day-to-day activities and gain practical experience in a professional and international working environment.
- Your tasks may include administrative support, coordination, communication with internal and external stakeholders, preparation of reports and documents, data handling, and other department-specific activities.
- You will have the opportunity to work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating with colleagues and gaining insights into different business processes.
Your Profile:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when required
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards new challenges
