Responsibilities:

• Led a dynamic engineering organization focused on enhancing user experience through search, personalization and engagement.
• Drive innovation by scaling teams that leverage cutting-edge machine learning technologies, including generative AI and large language models.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency in engineering practices.
• Champion operational excellence, embedding best practices into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to shape the vision and strategy for next-generation frontend and AI-driven infrastructure.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering teams, identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Mentor and guide engineers and engineering managers, supporting their professional growth and career progression.

Requirements：

• Proven experience in building and scaling full-stack product solutions, integrating backend, data, frontend, and machine learning engineering.
• Strong leadership in fostering a culture of continuous delivery, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale engineering systems from inception to production.
• Background in leading teams responsible for critical infrastructure development, operation, and ownership.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts.
• A track record of successfully hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent.
• Visionary leadership with a customer-centric mindset, capable of driving impact through strategic thinking and swift execution.
