Assistant Contract Management - part time (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Review and adjust NDAs according to company guidelines
  • Maintaining the contract database by uploading and tagging signed contracts into the database, preparing reports and contract summaries as required
  • Assist with maintenance of required records of contract management activities / actions
  • Following contract – workflows
  • Assist with the development of templates and guidance documents
  • Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure their involvement and alignment throughout the contract management process
  • Maintaining the contract database and the contract lifecycle management platform
  • Assist in checking contracts for compliance with internal policies or new requirements or processes

What you bring to us:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration, Management or other related fields. Equivalent combination of education and experience are also considered
  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract requirements, including the ability to review, draft, redline, negotiate, and monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge in contract management software would be a plus qualification
  • Experience establishing standardized contract administration procedures and document management practices is desirable
  • Excellent research skills necessary to stay up-to-date with regulations related to the Distribution Industry in Europe.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing contracts to ensure complianceas well as identifying potential risks in their content.
  • Strong writing and communication skills: Proficiency using English and German contractual language
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills: thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask and recognize the importance of deadlines.
