Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie wirken am gesamten operativen Rekrutierungszyklus für Trainee-Vakanzen und Junior-Vakanzen bei TTI mit; von der Anforderungsanalyse mit dem Fachbereich bis zur Vertragsunterschrift
• Sie bauen Partnerschaften mit unseren Hiring Managern auf, um Prioritäten im Recruiting zu verstehen und umzusetzen
• Sie nutzen effektive Active- & Passive-Sourcing-Strategien und setzen diese um (Social Recruiting, Empfehlungen, externe Recruiting-Partner)
• Ihr analytisches CV-Screening stellt sicher, dass Talente identifiziert und in den Interview-Prozess aufgenommen werden
• Sie bereiten teilstrukturierte Interviews (via MS Teams oder persönlich) gewissenhaft vor
• Sie sorgen durch Schnelligkeit und Verbindlichkeit für eine erstklassige Candidate Experience bei TTI
• Ihre nahtlose Interviewdokumentation in Workday, Ihr Bewerbermanagement und Ihr Reporting relevanter Updates und KPI’s gewährleisten exzellente Datenqualität
• Sie hinterfragen Prozesse aktiv, um sie zu verbessern und tauschen sich zu Best-Practices mit relevanten Stakeholdern aus

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Seiteneinstieg ebenfalls möglich
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting wünschenswert, idealerweise in einer Corporate-Recruiting-Rolle
• Ausgeprägte Digitalkompetenz; Erfahrung mit Workday ATS von Vorteil
• Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation, gutes Stakeholder-Management und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau, Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort (Hilden) an drei Tagen pro Woche und zu gelegentlichen Business Trips
