Responsibilities
- Support daily operations through data analysis, presentation creation, and process optimization.
- Coordinate and manage projects, monitor project costs, and develop strategies.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, events, and presentations, including documentation.
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to sales, HR processes, and communication with partners.
- Create and communicate sales materials in coordination with marketing.
- Report and control sales activities and compliance with targets.
- Serve as a contact for sales-related topics and organize sales events.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., Business Administration).
- Experience in B2B sales of power tools is preferred.
- Strong affinity for sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills for data analysis and deriving action recommendations.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- High self-organization and enthusiasm for planning, implementation, and sales support.
- Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.
