Product Manager for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)

This is what you can expect

• You will drive the global growth strategy for our cybersecurity and information security certification portfolio, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, and TISAX®.
• You will identify emerging market opportunities, regulatory developments, and customer needs, translating market insights into successful new audit and certification services.
• You will lead and coordinate a global network of regional managers, managing directors, and business leaders across more than 30 countries while strengthening relationships with accreditation bodies, industry associations, key stakeholders, and strategic customers.
• You will partner with local sales and key account teams to win new business, develop strategic growth opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
• You will work closely with marketing and technical experts to increase market visibility, position our services as industry-leading solutions, and develop compelling value propositions for customers worldwide.
• You will represent our business in the market through webinars, training sessions, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen our reputation as a trusted certification partner.

This is what we expect

• You hold a university degree or an equivalent qualification and bring several years of experience in international business development, product management, marketing, sales, or a comparable commercial leadership role.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, enter new markets, and turn ideas into measurable business success.
• You bring strong expertise in information security, cybersecurity management systems, certification services, or related cybersecurity domains, ideally with experience in industries such as automotive, industrial, or critical infrastructure.
• You have a global mindset and a track record of successfully working with and influencing international and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• You communicate confidently and effectively in English, whether engaging with technical specialists, senior executives, accreditation bodies, or strategic customers.
• You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, work independently, and leverage your professional network to drive collaboration, innovation, and sustainable business growth.
