- Tasks
- Support the Application Owner for the MACE Audit application.
- Create and manage the MACE Audit roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of the application.
- Manage application changes, releases, and testing activities.
- Plan and monitor budgets and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a user-friendly UI/UX and support the global deployment and use of the application.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and review the technical feasibility of business requirements and identify related IT demands.
- Create and maintain application documentation, including deletion concepts, IT security documentation, migration plans, data archiving procedures, training materials, and application profiles.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and guidelines, including coordination of activities such as penetration testing.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in application lifecycle management, including change, release, and test management.
- Knowledge of roadmap planning and aligning applications with business and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and global application deployment.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical and IT requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
- Experience in budget planning and project coordination.
- Familiarity with application documentation and IT governance processes.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and best practices, including vulnerability and penetration testing processes.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
