This role is located in Munich, Germany. TULIP GmbH is a full operating entity and Munich is TULIP’s headquarters in Europe. We are a hybrid work environment and we are in the office 3+ days/per week. We are now hiring a Managing Director (Geschäftsführer, m/w/d) of TULIP GmbH & Commercial Leader for DACH. You will own the DACH region's growth, lead the local team, and represent TULIP to customers, partners and employees. You will have the backing of a global company and real room to shape how we win in DACH. Key Experience & Skills: 10+ years of experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS businesses in the DACH marketSignificant experience leading teams in scale-up and/or growth-stage, global environmentsStrong network and credibility with manufacturing and industrial buyers in Germany, Austria, and SwitzerlandTrack record of meeting and exceeding quota targets of large, complex enterprise dealsExperience using first-class GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator or similar tools to execute disciplined forecasting, reporting, and pipeline managementExceptional skills in selling complex, high-value B2B SaaS solutions into manufacturing environments and building a successful team to do the sameNative or Fluent in German and Fluent in English to full business proficiencyKey Responsibilities:Lead the TULIP Gmbh as its Managing Director, setting the tone for culture, operations, and how the local team works with global teamsOwn and execute the DACH go-to-market growth strategy, in partnership with Commercial LeadershipAchieve ARR growth objectives for the DACH business across verticalsIdentify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with customers; build strong relationships with regional partners, channels, and ecosystem playersPartner closely with Engineering, Legal, Customer Success and other groups to drive deal executionHire, onboard, train, and mentor new DACH sales team members as the region growsContinuously improve sales processes to support regional scaleKey Collaborators:Global Commercial Teams (e.g., AEs, Customer Success, Professional Services)Global Marketing TeamsExecutive LeadershipWorking At TulipWe know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome.
