As Working Student (m/f/d) withMaster’s Thesis Option – Knowledge Graphs &AI, you will be part of a cutting-edgeproject at the intersection of knowledge representation, AI and information retrieval. Thisposition offers the opportunity to write yourMaster\’s thesis or complete your IDP. Yourresearch will directly contribute to one of ourongoing projects, with the option to develop yourthesis topic around your specific researchcontributions.

Your Role

• Support our research and developmentactivities in the field of knowledge graphs,retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and advancedAI systems
• Design and run experiments to test andvalidate approaches for knowledge graph quality,ontology effects, and reinforcement learningmethods
• Collaborate with our team onstate-of-the-art methods while contributing toreal-world applications
• Take ownership of a defined researchproject as part of your Master’s thesis or IDP

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in ComputerScience, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong background in Machine Learning,Natural Language Processing and AI fundamentals,with solid programming skills in Python and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch,scikit-learn)
• Independent, structured way of workingcombined with curiosity for scientific exploration
• Strong command of English language (bothverbal and written), German is a plus
• Interest in at least one of the following research topics:
• Knowledge base/graph testing andvalidation
• Quality estimation of informationcaptured in a knowledge graph
• Weighted knowledge graphs and RAG
• Effects of knowledge base ontology on RAG
• Reinforcement learning / tree search fortree-of-thought generation
