Your task
- Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Fracht- und Zollpapieren
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Spediteuren zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Koordination von Terminen und Überwachung der Lieferketten
- Kalkulation von Transportkosten und Angebotserstellung
- Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Daten in den IT-Systemen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Speditions- oder Logistikbranche von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Organisation und Abwicklung von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
