Your mission
You take full operational responsibility for delivering our P2X plants - from detailed planning to commissioning. The plant concept is defined; your mandate is execution. You drive schedule, cost, and quality, coordinate internal and external resources, and keep all workstreams aligned.

Your Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for planning and delivery of chemical plant projects (EPC)
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules (Gantt)
- Cost monitoring and reporting: budget tracking, forecasting, cost-to-complete
- Expediting of vendors and subcontractors - delivery dates, quality
- Contract and Claim management
- Coordinate project engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning
- Risk management: identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks
- Stakeholder management: clients, authorities, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop standardized PM processes to support multi-site plant rollout
- Regular reporting to management and customers

Your profile
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial plant projects (chemicals, energy, process industry)
- Proven track record in EPC or EPCM projects, ideally as responsible lead
- Proficiency in Gantt-based scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of cost control, earned value management and expediting
- Familiarity with pressure equipment (PED), ATEX and process safety is advantageous
- Experience in Power-to-X, electrolysis, or methanation is a plus - not a prerequisite
- Structured, self-driven working style with a clear focus on results
- Fluent English required; German and Spanish language skills are an advantage
