We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team in Frankfurt on major Data Centre construction projects:

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Manage substation projects (mid-voltage).
• Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Review requests for payment.
• Record occurrences that might result in a claim – acting on the client’s behalf.
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.

Qualifications

• A construction-related academic qualification/degree (e.g. construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture).
• Min. 4 years of working experience in project management for construction projects; experience in Data Centre constructions preferred.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
• Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task.
• Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
• Fluent in English, min. B2 German level.
• Available in Frankfurt area.
