Job Description

Due to the continued success and expansion of the Industrial and Science business in Europe, we are interested in speaking with Associate Directors with a proven background in Industrial and Manufacturing construction projects and programmes of work.

Your track record will have seen you manage large scale, complex projects, in one or more of the following: Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or Pharma/Life Sciences .

EXPERIENCE

• You will provide strategic consulting for construction projects of our renowned clients, e.g., in the fields of Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals.
• From the concept phase, you will contribute your extensive knowledge on the approach for successful implementation of the overall concept and participate in project setup.
• Together with your team, you will be responsible for project management of complex construction projects, ensuring our high standards of quality and service.
• You will coordinate and manage all services from internal and external project participants.
• You will monitor compliance with project objectives, including time and cost frameworks, as well as adherence to defined processes and systems.
• You will be responsible for employee selection, leadership, and development.
• Actively pursuing existing contacts and business opportunities, expanding the network, exploring new market segments, and positioning our services in new application areas will also be part of your tasks.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in engineering.
• You bring at least 10 years of experience in the aforementioned topics and tasks, as well as extensive experience in industrial construction.
• You have experience in managing or (partially) leading challenging large-scale projects and programs.
• You possess extensive knowledge in modern team leadership, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills, determination, and empathy.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with spreadsheet programs and routine use of project management platforms complete your profile.
