Overview
In this role you will lead cost management for complex real estate projects, partnering with clients to drive outcomes as part of a global advisory team. You will own pre- and post-contract cost activities, from initial estimate to final accounts, while managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders. The position combines technical cost control with client-facing leadership to shape project economics and procurement strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide and present estimates across conceptual, programming, and detailed stages
- Compile feasibility studies and procurement reports
- Manage all procurement activities including tendering and contractual documents
- Oversee post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Ensure timely cost checking and valuation deliverables on large projects
- Produce monthly cost reports and present to clients
- Lead value engineering initiatives and negotiate final accounts
- Provide leadership to cost management teams and ensure service delivery
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and improve procedures
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ cost management experience
- Experience leading cost management on large, complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, value engineering, and lifecycle costing
- People management experience overseeing project delivery teams
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civils, structural, and architectural aspects in construction
- German and English language skills
- RICS accreditation is a plus
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and modern cost management digital tools
