Due tothe continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Switzerland we are currently recruiting for a strongProject Scheduler/Plannerto join our Data Centre team in Geneva. /strong /ppThe ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects /ppWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner Townsend. /ppstrongJob Objectives /strong /pulliMaintain and monitor master plan schedule /liliPrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule /liliIntegrate various contract packages into master plan schedule /liliReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client /liliPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client /liliDevelop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project /liliInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule /liliAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report /liliPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim /liliAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule /liliWork out site logistic planning for project /liliPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSeveral years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, Data Center experience preferred; /liliExperience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects; /liliExcellent command of English; French language skills preferred; /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /liliDevelops good working relationships with project team; /liliThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions; /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pOur people share our Purpose and Values.
