Manage works council consultations to a successful conclusion.

Conduct due diligence and data gathering activities, evaluate findings, and assess risks.

Undertake a side-by-side benefits/reward analysis and create a proposal for alignment and harmonisation as appropriate.

Liaise with in-country external legal advisors

Assist in the development and delivery of communication materials, including any onboarding initiatives.

First point of contact for counterparts in sellers\‘ business (CBRE).

Operationalise all aspects of the People TSA.

Liaise with other workstream leads to ensure timely completion of activities.

Qualifications:

Previous Mergers and Acquisition experience.

Bachelor\’s degree in human resources management/business management.

Ability to work independently.
