Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Readiness and Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning and coordination, process improvement, and regulatory submission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness Planning and Coordination : Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions from project phases to full-scale production.
- Resource Planning : Manage resource planning and tracking across multiple teams and projects, leveraging data to support insightful decision-making on how to best position key resources.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement PPI (Process Performance Improvement) initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) : Support planning of CAPA processes and key deliverables to address and prevent quality issues, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) : Support planning of PPQ activities to validate manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
- Regulatory Submission Process : Coordinate and support the planning of regulatory submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise : Strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning, process improvement, PPI, CAPA, GMP, PPQ, and the regulatory submission process. P6 Planning experience highly desirable, but training and support can be provided.
- Experience : Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all activities.
