As an MEP Cost Manager in our Frankfurt Data Centre team, you will lead cost estimation and management across pre- and post-contract phases. You will drive feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tendering and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control for high-profile projects. Collaborating with clients and consultants, you shape value through risk analysis and cost reporting. This role offers impact by supporting complex data centre initiatives in a global professional services firm. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering measurable outcomes for clients and the business.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prepare cost estimates, procurement activities, and tender administration across projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop procurement reports
- Estimate and cost plan, present final cost plans
- Manage tendering processes, qualification, tender analysis, and contract documents
- Ensure timely, accurate cost checks and valuations
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
- Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Perform cost risk analysis and contribute to value engineering
- Maintain learning on cost estimating and update best practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical knowledge of data centre or related facility asset types
- Experience in MEP construction, industrial, pharma, manufacturing and/or mission critical sectors
- Knowledge of construction and procurement methods
- Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications
- Strong skills with spreadsheets and databases
- Collaborative, relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy
- Good command of written and spoken English; German preferred
