Overview
As OFCI Project Manager in our Data Centre team, you lead vendor coordination, installation quality, and on-site execution in Frankfurt. You’ll drive adherence to scope, time, cost and quality while aligning vendor schedules with the overall programme. You’ll manage interfaces across client, vendors, and contractors on high-profile data centre projects. This is a chance to shape critical infrastructure and grow within a market-leading team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage OFCI vendors to ensure on-time delivery, installation and compliance with specifications
- Review vendor technical submissions and support change and risk management
- Structure complex interfaces across scope, time, cost and quality with effective ways of working
- Align vendor equipment schedules with the overall project programme
- Perform contract and scope reviews with gap analysis to ensure coverage between vendors and site contractors
- Collaborate with stakeholders across client departments and contractors
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders with transparent communication
- Manage OFCI schedules, milestones and timelines to guide project execution
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center commissioning, operations or facility management
- Experience with data centre equipment (generators, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, BAS, EPMS, AHUs)
- QA/QC manufacturing and vendor management experience
- Proficient in MS Office; document management experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English; German language skills highly preferred
