Due tothe continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Switzerland we are currently recruiting for abQuality Leadto join our Data Centre team in Zurich /bto support client projects. /p pWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner Townsend. /p ul liClose liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements /li liEstablish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultants /li liPlan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections proposed by Contractors /li liPerform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the Client /li liReview and/ or approve all ITP and Checklist /li liPerform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met. /li liPlan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resources /li liPresent the quality related issue to the Client weekly and elevate any significant issue for resolution /li liAttend ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performed /li liAttend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors /li liAttend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issues /li liReview contractors’ QC resources to ensure they are qualified for inspecting the works /li liGenerate weekly report of Quality for the Client /li liEstablish and review weekly QC activity plan of all QC personnel /li liGenerate and review QC daily report /li liLead QAQC meeting with Contractors weekly /li liLead Internal QAQC meeting with all QC personnel of all projects /li liEnsure all quality dossier have been put into Client’s documentation system /li liValidate or review the As built drawings generated by Contractors /li liConduct Performance evaluation for all QC personnel as planned /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMin 10 years of construction experience, min 5 years of direct experience in QC and or Commissioning, experience with construction scheduling, experience in project administration and or project management, experience in managing a quality program /li li5 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation and/or construction /li liA Bachelor’ degree in engineering or a related field is considered beneficial for the role /li liProficiency with a variety of related computer software applications including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) is required.
