Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial Construction Projects

pThis is an exciting opportunity to work a major, high-profile project as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a professional who can take ownership of a key project area, acting as Project Lead within the wider programme team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of complex project scopes, managing stakeholders across multiple disciplines, and ensuring successful execution in line with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead and manage overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, risk, and budget control. /liliManage and coordinate General Contractors and other key project partners to ensure successful project execution. /liliMonitor, analyse, and proactively manage critical project milestones to mitigate risks and prevent schedule delays. /liliChair and lead client, project, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties. /liliTrack, analyse, and report on cost drivers, project performance, and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. /liliSupport key engineering and commercial decisions by evaluating their impact on project costs, budgets, and delivery objectives. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to the client, managing change, resolving issues, and supporting negotiations related to variations and change orders. /liliOversee project close-out activities, including commissioning, handover, final documentation, and warranty management, ensuring a seamless transition into operations. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion in line with quality, safety, and business objectives. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum of 7 years' professional experience in project management, with a strong background in industrial or large-scale construction projects. /liliProven track record of leading or managing complex, multidisciplinary projects throughout the full project lifecycle. /liliExperience with Design Build project delivery models is advantageous. /liliStrong leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. /liliProficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and project reporting tools. /liliWillingness to work on-site at least three days per week. /liliA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance commercial awareness, technical expertise, and effective team collaboration. /li /ulpOur people share our Purpose and Values.
