Your Role at TUXEDO

In our Back Office team at our Augsburg location, you take on a key coordinating role. You keep track of ongoing processes, ensure smooth collaboration between the departments involved, and act as the first point of contact whenever organizational questions need to be resolved quickly and reliably.

At the same time, you serve as the communication link between our technical support team and our customers: you receive inquiries, route them to the appropriate internal processes, and make sure customers receive a timely and reliable response. A confident handling of figures and documents form the basis for supporting both individual customer requests and internal operational processes in a structured way.

Key Responsibilities

Your role is varied and brings new tasks every day, which we tackle together as a team. Your key responsibilities include:

• Order management and coordination: from order entry through coordination with related departments to on-time fulfillment
• Processing returns, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with the relevant departments
• Supporting technical support in the background, for example by preparing, tracking, and documenting customer cases
• Handling varied and daily changing customer inquiries with the goal of fast, solution-oriented resolution
• Carrying out commercial-administrative and organizational tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Key Qualifications

Ideally, you hold a secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or an equivalent qualification, along with completed commercial training, for example in office administration, accounting, or a related field. Several years of practical experience is an advantage, particularly if gained in a technically oriented environment such as the IT industry, but it is not a mandatory requirement for your application.

• Flawless written and spoken German, enabling you to accurately understand customer concerns and communicate clearly both internally and externally
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, along with a general affinity for digital work processes
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage, particularly for communication with international customers and partners
• Enjoyment of varied tasks with changing requirements and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
• Strong reliability, sense of responsibility, precision, and an independent, structured way of working, even when handling multiple cases in parallel
