As Team Lead Product Management, you take on operational management and the continuous development of our product portfolio. In a compact, high-performing team, you ensure clear structures, smooth workflows, and the reliable execution of our product projects. You form the central interface between development, marketing, and sales, and make sure that deadlines are met and quality standards are consistently implemented.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership You accompany our products with enthusiasm through their entire lifecycle, from the first creative idea through a successful market launch to the ongoing maintenance of our existing portfolio.
• Structured Project Management With a trained eye for detail, you create and maintain transparent project plans, keep milestones firmly in view, and proactively ensure that all schedules are met.
• Pragmatic Team Coordination You keep the day-to-day workload off our small team's back, prioritize upcoming tasks with a clear head, and ensure a fair, structured distribution of tasks in which everyone feels well taken care of.
• Connecting Requirements Management As a valued interface, you capture and document product requirements precisely and coordinate openly, attentively, and on equal footing with development, marketing, and sales.
• Active Process Design You contribute your own ideas to make our product management workflows step by step even smoother, creating tangible structure and quality for the entire department.

• Solid Education or Practical Expertise You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, we're just as happy to welcome candidates with many years of experience in a comparable position and demonstrable expertise in structured product or project management.
• Exceptionally Structured, Careful, and Goal‑Oriented Way of Working You stand out through a high degree of self-organization and keep a clear overview of priorities, deadlines, and details even during dynamic phases or when several projects are running in parallel.
