Your role at TUXEDO

As an employee for Linux support, you will strengthen our team in Augsburg, Germany, with your knowledge of Linux systems from the user\’s perspective. You will support our customers in their entry and transition into the Linux world on modern hardware from our company. We encourage you to be courageous. Because in a corporate culture based on cooperation and knowledge exchange you are responsible to contribute your knowledge for the satisfaction of our customers. In doing so, you will apply your passion for Linux and Open Source on the one hand and solution and user-oriented thinking directly where it is needed. Your experience in setting up and configuring Linux helps our customers directly and leads to success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Direct, technical support and advice for interested parties and customers
  • Assistance before, during and after the purchase of a TUXEDO
  • Quality assurance for hardware upgrades and repairs
  • Handling customer feedback through internal processes
  • Inbound and outbound logistics processes overview

Core Qualifications

As a supplier of products with high flexibility and individuality, TUXEDO Computers focuses on these characteristics. Specialized training, certificates or degrees are advantageous for the daily tasks, but are not exclusion criteria.

More important to us are knowledge, experience with and above all interest in Linux. Therefore, career changers and people from other fields of activity are very welcome. Besides technical skills we expect commitment to TUXEDO Computers and its customers. German speaking skills at least at B2 level are required.
