Role Description
The Manager, Global Accounts Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in Frankfurt am Main, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic global customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Day-to-day activities include overseeing account performance, analyzing customer needs and supply chain data, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The manager will lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for additional services, and support contract negotiations and pricing discussions. Collaboration with global operations, finance, and commercial teams is essential to ensure consistent service quality and alignment with customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to develop, maintain, and grow strategic global accounts.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess account performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields, preferably in a multinational or complex operational environment.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is beneficial.
