Responsibilities
Cull 268 headshot images to select the most suitable options for final delivery
Apply soft, natural skin retouching (removing acne, blemishes, and scars) while preserving authentic skin texture
Swap backgrounds to a clean white for a professional, consistent look
Perform warm‑toned color grading to enhance overall image appeal
Remove flyaway hairs and minor distractions without altering facial or body features
Ensure all edits maintain the subject’s natural appearance, avoiding heavy airbrushing, color shifts, or reshaping
Deliver high‑resolution, print‑ready files suitable for web, listings, and business cards
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in editorial or corporate headshot retouching, with a portfolio demonstrating natural edits for dark‑skinned subjects
