Job summary As a Client Advisor within J.P. Morgan Asset Management covering Central and Eastern Europe, you will drive distribution of Funds and exchange‑traded funds across key client segments. You will build and deepen relationships with private banks, wholesale partners and digital distribution channels to identify opportunities and deliver solutions. You will position our active investment and ETF capabilities with clear, client‑relevant messaging informed by market trends. Job responsibilities
Drive sales activity for Funds and exchange‑traded funds across Central and Eastern Europe
Develop and manage relationships across private banking and wholesale clients, while expanding coverage of digital channels
Promote J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s active ETF capabilities and broader investment platform with clear, client‑centric messaging
Create and execute a territory plan, including pipeline development, meeting cadence, and opportunity prioritization
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated client solutions and timely responses
Track market and competitor developments and translate insights into actionable client engagement plans
Prepare and deliver presentations and materials tailored to client needs and decision makers
Coordinate client meetings and travel schedules to maximize coverage and impact
Maintain disciplined follow‑up and documentation to support consistent execution and high service standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Fluency in Polish, Hungarian, Czech, or another key local language used across the region
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
Proven client‑facing sales experience within asset management, banking, or financial services
Demonstrated understanding of investment products, including Funds and exchange‑traded funds, and how clients use them
Strong customer‑centric approach with evidence of delivering high‑quality service and commercial outcomes
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders and tailor messages to different audiences
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and client engagements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Conversational German language skills
Experience covering private banking and wholesale distribution in the region
Familiarity with digital distribution channels
