To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Employee in Design and Work Preparation (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Production-oriented preparation of customer data while adhering to specified conditions (deadline, time expenditure, costs, ...)
• Designing individual parts and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Designing fixtures and gauges for internal production
• Feasibility checks and optimizations in collaboration with the customer
• Developing technical solutions for customer inquiries for sales
• Creating data packages for production, especially work plans, bills of materials, and NC programs
• Creating production orders in Proalpha
• Point of contact for production and internal support for technical questions

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Preferably trained as a designer EFZ or comparable technical qualification with CAD experience
• Experience in work preparation and in-depth knowledge of sheet metal processing, especially in laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, painting, and assembly
• Good practical 3D CAD skills, preferably with SolidWorks
• Structured, careful, and precise working style
• Has a quick grasp and adapts quickly to a new environment
• Shows a high degree of initiative, is goal-oriented, and capable of teamwork and communication
