Work location: Ebikon

Your tasks:

• Independent management and organization of road construction and paving work
• Leadership and coordination of employees on the construction site
• Planning and organization of daily workflows, machinery, and materials
• Professional installation of rolled asphalt together with our paving team
• Execution and supervision of road construction work, edge finishes, and paving work
• Implementing staking and surveying work according to plan
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Creating daily reports and measurements
• Coordination with construction management, site management, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Active participation on the construction site

Your profile:

• Completed training in road or civil engineering, ideally road builder EFZ
• Further training as a foreman or site supervisor in civil engineering / road construction or corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in road and paving construction
• Very good knowledge in the installation and processing of rolled asphalt
• Experience in leading and organizing construction teams
• Good knowledge in handling construction machinery and equipment
• Knowledge in staking, surveying, and reading plans
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
• German language skills at least level B2
• Driving license category B
