Together for strong teachers, speech therapists, special educators, school leaders. /ph3Your tasks: /h3pAs the head of the Sports and WAH area for Secondary Level I and II, you and your team are responsible for the training of teachers in the two subjects of Sports (Secondary Level I and II) and WAH (Secondary Level I). As the area leader, you are responsible for the quality and further development of the modules of these two study areas and also contribute your subject expertise to the further development of the degree programs of the Institute Secondary Level I and II, particularly in interdisciplinary areas such as health education and education for sustainable development. /ph3Your core tasks include: /h3ulliPersonnel leadership and personnel management /liliConceptual development of the course offerings in the Sports and WAH area /liliEnsuring the quality of the course offerings /liliConducting courses in a subject assigned to the area /liliMember of the management team of the Institute Secondary Level I and II: Co-responsibility for the delivery and further development of the degree programs for Secondary Level I and II as well as the Institute /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3pYou are a communicatively strong and team-oriented personality who moves confidently in both the university and school environment and enjoys taking on leadership tasks. As a recognized personality with knowledge of the current challenges in the Swiss education system (including primary education and higher education landscape), you strengthen the team and contribute to the profiling of the Institute Secondary Level I and II.
