• Ensure stable and secure operation of the central specialist applications of the sports centers Magglingen and Tenero
• Analyze and resolve disruptions, develop workaround solutions, and monitor availability, performance, and recoverability of the applications
• Plan and coordinate releases and changes, as well as participate in specification, testing, and implementation of further developments
• Capture and specify operational requirements and coordinate their implementation with specialist departments, IT, and external partners
• Support users with questions about applications and processes and coordinate collaboration with internal and external parties
• Ensure data quality, interfaces, and operational documentation, as well as implement requirements for data protection and information security

What makes you unique

• University degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in application management in a complex environment and good knowledge in application and service operation
• Experience in incident, change, and release management, as well as understanding of software architecture, interfaces, and information security
• Analytical thinking, high independence, and the ability to act solution-oriented even in the face of disruptions and varying requirements
• Active knowledge of two official languages and good English skills
