A new position with responsibility We are further expanding our finance department and creating a new position as Finance Specialist. You will take on an important part of our operational finance processes and ensure that accounts payable and receivable are processed reliably, correctly, and on time. You work independently, keep an eye on open positions, resolve discrepancies, and contribute your ideas when it comes to further developing processes. In doing so, you will take on your own area of responsibility and work closely with management as well as internal and external contacts. /ph3Your tasks /h3ulliYou manage accounts payable – from verification and coding to posting. /liliYou monitor open accounts payable positions and due dates and resolve discrepancies. /liliYou create, post, and send outgoing invoices. /liliYou monitor open receivables and incoming payments and manage dunning processes. /liliYou resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries. /liliYou assist with payment runs and ongoing financial administration. /liliYou maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial master data. /liliYou perform defined controls and reconciliations and identify discrepancies early. /liliYou prepare VAT returns. /liliYou prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and assist with reporting. /li /ulh3You bring the following /h3ulliCompleted commercial training with further education in finance and accounting /liliAt least two years of professional experience, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting /liliGood knowledge of Swiss accounting and financial reporting /liliExperience in financial accounting including VAT returns and preparation of financial statements /liliAffinity for numbers as well as a structured, independent, and reliable working style /liliGood organizational and analytical skills /liliService and communication orientation /liliDiscreet and responsible handling of financial data /liliVery good German language skills and good IT/ERP user knowledge /li /ulh3You fit with us if you live our values /h3pDown-to-earth.
