Work location: Thun, Köniz or Biel (by arrangement)
In this key position, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of our large projects by creating market-oriented, economical, and technically sound calculations.
Together with sales, you will lay the foundation for successful project awards.
Your tasks
- Preparation of calculations and offers based on plans, specifications, and tenders
- Ensuring market-oriented, competitive, and profitable initial offers
- Verification of the technical feasibility and plausibility of projects
- Development and elaboration of contractor variants and optimization proposals
- Support for sales during the bidding phase and in award negotiations
- Close collaboration with sales, architects, general contractors, and clients to clarify technical and commercial specifications
- Participation in the further development of calculation standards, tools, and processes
Who will drive us forward?
- Commercial basic training or comparable education with a pronounced affinity for numbers
- Several years of professional experience in a construction-related environment
- Experience in the calculation of large projects is an advantage
- Good knowledge of handling tenders, specifications, and plan documents
- Confident handling of ERP, CRM, and MS Office applications
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong cost and quality awareness
- Analytical, structured, and networked thinking
- High personal responsibility, independence, and initiative
- Resilient personality with a strong focus on deadlines and results
